We cannot accept unsolicited appeals or emails asking for donations. All of our current and upcoming grants programmes are detailed under the ‘Our Funds’ page on this website. On that page, you will be able to see:
We are unable to process or accept any requests for funding made outside of these formal, advertised programmes.
The cardfactory Foundation operates separately from the cardfactory PLC. Our support is strictly limited to our specific funding programmes, so we are unable to provide goods, products or ad-hoc donations that sit outside these agreed programmes. Any support offered by local cardfactory stores for community initiatives is at their discretion and cannot be guaranteed by the Foundation.
As a policy, our Foundation’s funding framework does not include provisions for event attendance, unless the event is part of a partnership or linked specifically to the work of the Foundation to further the outcomes of our programmes.
We reserve our funds for direct charitable grant-making activity aligned with our current funding cycles. Please refer to our Local Community Fund section for the next funding cycle opening date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept unsolicited applications or appeals outside of our current funding programmes.
